  • No refunds for missed visits, late arrivals, or voluntary departure.

  • Sandy Oak Ranch operates in most weather conditions.

  • Refunds or rescheduling due to weather will only occur if Sandy Oak Ranch closes due to unsafe conditions, as determined solely by Sandy Oak Ranch.

  • In the event of closure, guests may be offered rescheduling or credit at our discretion.

5. Park Rules and Guest Conduct

Guests must follow all posted rules and staff instructions, including:

  • Remaining in vehicles during drive-thru experiences unless directed otherwise

  • Not feeding, touching, or approaching animals unless permitted

Failure to comply may result in removal without refund.

School groups and organized field trips are subject to advance booking and must follow all park rules.

  • Non-compliance may result in early termination without refund.

7. Birthday Parties and Private Events

Sandy Oak Ranch offers birthday parties, private events, and special group experiences subject to availability and the following conditions:

  • Advance reservations and deposits may be required.

  • Final guest counts, schedules, and event details must be confirmed prior to the event date.

  • Event hosts are responsible for the behavior, supervision, and safety of all attendees, including children.

  • Event activities, locations, and animal interactions are subject to change based on weather, safety, animal welfare, and operational needs.

  • Sandy Oak Ranch reserves the right to end an event early or deny access if rules are violated or safety concerns arise, without refund.

  • Any damage to property caused by event attendees may result in additional charges.

Visiting a wildlife park involves inherent risks. By visiting Sandy Oak Ranch, you voluntarily assume all risks associated with your visit.
