DONATION REQUESTS

As a family-owned wildlife park, we are dedicated to supporting our community and recognizing the admirable organizations within it. Due to the high volume of donation requests we receive each year, however, we are unable to fulfill every request. To help manage the distribution of charitable contributions, Sandy Oak Ranch has established donation guidelines. Our primary focus is supporting initiatives that benefit families in Indiana and promote wildlife and land conservation.

All donation requests must be submitted through our online request form no fewer than 30 days prior to the event date and no more than six months in advance. Requests submitted outside of this timeframe, or submitted via mail or email, will not be considered. Submission of a request does not guarantee a donation.

GUIDELINES

  • Only recognized 501(c)(3) non-profits or tax-exempt government agencies may apply.

  • Requests must include the organization’s IRS tax ID number.

  • Organizations must be located within 30 miles of Sandy Oak Ranch.

  • Donation requests will be fulfilled on a first-come, first-served basis; only one donation request per organization will be honored each year.

STANDARD DONATION

A standard donation will consist of four (4) admission passes, which will have an expiration date.

Donated tickets that are not redeemed by the expiration date will be considered void and will not be accepted or reissued.

We encourage you to review these guidelines carefully before submitting your request to ensure it meets our criteria. Each submission will be reviewed thoughtfully by our team; however, approval cannot be guaranteed. We sincerely appreciate your efforts to strengthen our community and look forward to the possibility of collaborating in support of meaningful causes that enrich the lives of those around us.
